The Mirada subdivision is located in north east Bend, Oregon. There are more than 220 houses in the community built from 2008-2019 by Franklin Brothers. Lots range from 4000 – 8700 square feet while homes range from 1450 – more than 2100 square feet. People live here enjoy the mountain views as well as the rural surroundings with lots of farmland just over a minute away.

Mirada has an HOA managed by Aperion Management. Dues cost around $87 per month and include maintenance of the community pool, other common areas and the front yards of all homes in the subdivision. There are no restrictions on rentals for the homes in Mirada
Eagle park maintained by Bend Parks & Recreation
In the center of the subdivision is the 4 acre Eagle Park as well as a unique playground. Both of these are managed by the Bend Parks and Rec Department. Mirada is also close to the 159-acre Pine Nursery Park. Pine Nursery Park has massive expanses of open green spaces with walking trails all around the park and through it. There’s a 14 acre off leash dog park that is split into small and large breeds. There are multiple soccer fields, baseball and softball fields, as well as pickle ball and volley ball courts. There’s also a disc golf course and even a fishing pond. There’s a nice playground for the kids next to a covered pavilion space with multiple tables and public bathrooms.

A short drive to the south and you can get to The Forum Shopping Center which has a Costco, Whole Foods, Safeway and a large number of other stores and eateries. There are 2 food truck lots close by as well; The Lot and River's Place. There will also be more restaurants and stores across the street when the Shops at Petrosa are built. Mirada is also close to St. Charles Hospital and numerous health care specialists.

The Bend Lapine School District covers the public schools in Bend. Ponderosa Elementary School, Sky View Middle School, and Mountain View High School are within the district’s boundaries for the children living in Mirada. There’s talk of a new school going in in the immediate area.
