Timber Ridge is a quaint neighborhood comprised 52 acres of lush green lawns and greenbelts sitting beneath Central Oregon’s towering Ponderosa pines. It is situated to the east of the Bend Golf Club. You can take a short walk or drive your golf cart to the clubhouse and first tee by using a path that connects the community to the Bend Golf Club. Through the HOA (operated by Fieldstone Management LLC) the vast grass lawns, in common spaces and individual properties, are extremely well maintained using Green Thumb Industries Landscaping. This really sets the tone for the neighborhood as one of the greenest in Bend. Homeowners are not allowed to have property line fences so one lawn spills into the next. Driving on the main street The homes in Timber Ridge are all very well maintained as required by the HOA and the owners living there have done an outstanding job adding their own landscaping with beautiful flower beds and bushes surrounding many of the homes. Timber Ridge is not only a golfer’s paradise but also is attractive to those who prefer to live in with such beauty surrounding them. At $219 a month for HOA dues you are certainly getting your monies worth. Along with the lawn maintenance, dues also include yard waste removal, road maintenance, as well as snow plowing and removal in the winter months. A home in the Timber Ridge Community Timber Ridge is a Fire Wise community. The homes are on the Roates Water System and the common utility companies are Pacific Power, Bend Broadband, Cascade Natural Gas, and Cascade Disposal.
