It is situated to the east of the Bend Golf Club. You can take a short walk or drive your golf cart to the clubhouse and first tee by using a path that connects the community to the Bend Golf Club. This really sets the tone for the neighborhood as one of the greenest in Bend. Homeowners are not allowed to have property line fences so one lawn spills into the next.
